This is a modified version of the well known workout “Filthy Fifthy”.
Notice the extra 5 Burpees at the end of each 50 rep so you end up with a total of 100.

50 Box Jumps + 5 Burpees
50 Burpees + 5 Burpees
50 Kettle Bell Swings + 5 Burpees
50 Squats + 5 Burpees
50 Russian Top Twist + 5 Burpees
50 Double Unders + 5 Burpees
50 Back Ext. – Straight arms infront + 5 Burpees
50 Jumping Lunges + 5 Burpees
50 Pull ups/Knees to Elbows/Toes to Bar – mix it + 5 Burpees
