This workout consists of three blocks, then “some” swings inbetween the blocks.
Challenge time is sub 30 min. Try to go heavy on the swings and GTOs.

Reverse B´n G Ladder
10 GTO – 1 Burpee, 9 GTO, 2 Burpees

100 KB Swings

Reverse PU/WB Ladder
20 Push ups – 20 Wall Balls, 18 PU – 20 WB
….. 10 PU – 20 WB

50 KB Swings

5 rounds of
5 Pull ups – 20 Russian Twist

25 KB Swings
