This is a modified version of the well known workout “Filthy Fifthy”. Notice the extra 5 Burpees at the end of each 50 rep so you end up with a total of 100. Here is the workout Timecap: 40 minutes,

This 6 part WOD is a long endurance race. The objective is to go as heavy as you can on the weight exercises as wossible, but still keep it under the timelimit (50 min). You do 5 deadlifts after finishing
